With the Worldwide Debt Collection Service, you can collect amicable debts without limitation. This process looks as follows:
Your customer’s payment is outstanding.
You transfer your claim to us after which we immediately start with the file. Submitted before 16:00 is same day action.
We complete your file and immediately put your debtor in default. If payment is not forthcoming, we send a summons in writing and contact him/her by telephone to induce him/her to pay.
You can monitor the status of your cases and debts from our own exclusive online cockpit: our advanced online portal where you can closely follow the current status of your cases 24/7.
We have a total of sixteen moments of contact with your customer, including by phone, email, text and letters.
There are three possible outcomes:
1. Your invoice has been paid
2. A payment plan has been agreed upon
4. In consultation with you, we continue the collection process in the judicial route
