Alcoholic Beverages & Tobacco – Licensing

The Bureau of Licensing issues alcoholic beverage licenses and permits, cigarette, nicotine and other tobacco product permits, approves cooperative pool buying agreements, registers alcoholic beverage brands, and maintains records pertaining to these licenses and permits throughout the state.
